You will learn how to brew using popular methods such as the V60 and Chemex, while gaining a deeper understanding of coffee origin, processing, and flavor development. This is not just about following a recipe, it is about learning how to read your coffee and brew with intention. Through guided tastings and live demonstrations, you will leave with the confidence to recreate café-quality coffee at home, along with a framework to continue experimenting and dialing in your brews.
