Vegan Dark Chocolate Blueberry Breakfast Smoothie
3/4 cup of Oat Milk
Excess or left over coffee from the morning
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 or 2 tablespoon Chunky peanut butter
Handful of dark chocolate chips
Add in 3/4 cup of Oat Milk to blender
Add excess or left over coffee from the morning
Add 1 cup frozen blueberries
Blend all ingredients together for about 15 secs
Then add chunky peanut butter and blend for about 30- 40 secs
Lastly add chocolate chips and finish off the blend in 45- 50 secs
Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy!
Cold Brew Coffee
Add 1 part of coarsely ground coffee to a mason jar
Pour 5 parts of cold water on top of the ground coffee
Let steep for 12-24hrs
Afterwords, separate coffee grounds with coffee filter
Enjoy your Cold Brew!
Valentine's Day Recipe Coffee Infused Chocolate Covered Smoothie
1/4 cup of chocolate peanut butter cups
1/2 cup of Oak milk (milk of choice)
1/2 cup of brewed Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee
2 tbsp of peanut butter
1/2 cup of Ice
**Melted chocolate sauce is optional
Mix all ingredients together in a blender.
Sprinkle any left over peanut butter cups on the top.
